Land of the Vampyre kings. A noble class of vampires rules the land. The day to day running of the government is left in the hands of their servants. Once a land of beauty and riches, demornte fell into evil at the hands of its ruler Golgoleth a king with an insatiable thirst for power and a desire for immortality. He journeyed far amongst the nations of Erisa seeking magicks that would grant him immortality. In his travels he fell under the spell of Akkharia an ancient Vampyre priestess of Nogai-Sar god of the Undead. She seduced Golgoleth and returned with him to Demornte where they in turn corrupted all the noble families of that land. Where no armies had ever conquered demornte Gogoleth and Akkharia destroyed it from within. The land was cursed and the common people kept in slavery and bred to work the land and feed their masters. Demornte is now a bleak land and rife with all sorts of evil creatures.
